What support do you offer?
We offer telephone and email support during UK business hours (8am – 6pm, Monday-Friday). We support the virtualization infrastructure, but our customers self-manage their operating system configuration and applications.
How do I obtain support?
For all technical, sales and billing questions email firstname.lastname@example.org.
For security, if you’re discussing technical issues, we will only respond to these if you’ve emailed from the same email address as your Serverlove account. Alternatively, include your Serverlove UUID which you can find on the “your profile” page.
What SLA do you offer?

How do you schedule planned maintenance?
Whenever possible, any planned maintenance is scheduled outside of UK business hours. We will notify you of this by email at least 24 hours in advance.
