What is the price of Serverlove cloud hosting?

Please see our pricing page for a full breakdown of our pricing. For simplicity, we offer a no-subscription model: you just pay for what you use.

How do I add prepay balance?

You can add money to your prepay balance on the ‘Billing’ page under ‘My Account’ on the control panel. Simply enter the amount you would like to add and complete the payment process when prompted. You will then be prompted to complete the payment process by means of WorldPay secure payment.

What currencies do you accept?

We accept UK pounds sterling (£, GBP). If your card is in another currency, it will automatically be converted to GBP at the time of sale. UK VAT will be added at the prevailing rate.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept card payments with Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro, all accepted via Worldpay. For sums of £300 or more, we accept bank transfers or standing orders to our UK bank account (email for bank details).

Do you accept PayPal?

No, not at present.

Why has my card payment been refused?

Please contact us if your payment has been refused.

Can you bill me without UK VAT (sales tax)?

By default, our UK billing system adds VAT to all transactions. For UK consumers and companies, VAT is always payable. For VAT-registered businesses in the EU, and businesses outside the EU, we can accept payment by bank transfer for amounts of at least £300. In this case we will provide a manual invoice with no VAT.   Please contact us by email to organise this.

Can I pay automatically every month?

Yes.  When you make a successful topup payment, you are given the option of saving your card details so we can auto-topup your account within the parameters that you set.

How do you round your billing figures?

In line with industry standards, we round up on each individual transaction. The account balance is a whole number of pence, and is updated when each transaction ends.
