Support
What support do you offer?
We offer telephone and email support during UK business hours (8am – 6pm, Monday-Friday). We support the virtualisation infrastructure, but our customers self-manage their operating system configuration and applications.
How do I obtain support?
For all technical, sales and billing questions email support@serverlove.com.
Please note that we can’t provide detailed technical support by phone, and you will be asked to email us. However, we will discuss general issues and give general help by phone. Call us on 0870 879 0000. Our office is open 8am – 6pm Monday – Friday (except bank holidays). Emergency support where your server seems to be down is available 24×7 on the same number.
For security, if you’re discussing technical issues, we will only respond to these if you’ve emailed from the same email address as your Serverlove account. Alternatively, include your Serverlove UUID which you can find on the “your profile” page.
What SLA do you offer?

How do you scheduled planned maintenance?
Whenever possible, any planned maintenance is scheduled outside of UK business hours. We will notify you of this by email at least 24 hours in advance.
